Rules for participation:

Offer is valid for 2 free consecutive nights in a King or Double Queen hotel room with a red rock view at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Arroyo Roble Hotel and Creekside Villa's in Uptown Sedona, AZ.
One winner will be selected at random from our mail-list entry participants. Drawing will be held during the first week of each month. In the event an ineligible person is selected, another name will be drawn.
Winner will be notified via e-mail only. Winner must verify receipt of our notification, via e-mail, within 7 days from our initial contact or this 2 free room night offer becomes void.
Advance reservations must be made by Winner, who will be issued a confirmation number. King or double queen room types are available to Winner subject to room availability on the requested date(s). There are no "black-out" dates. Only one entry (e-mail address) is allowed per person.
Winner has 6 months to use 2 consecutive nights of free lodging. The six-month time period begins upon the date of hotel management's e-mail notification to winner.
Winner must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in the U.S.A. to participate. Person submitting email information must be the owner of that particular user name. Valid picture ID must be shown upon check-in along with Arroyo Roble Hotel issued confirmation number.
Offer is non-transferable and is only valid for the entry participant and up to 3 accompanying guests in the same room. Not redeemable for cash and any unused room night(s) will be forfeited.
By submitting user email address, user hereby agrees to receive promotional emails from the Arroyo Roble Hotel and Creekside Villas.
By accepting the 2 free night prize, winner agrees to BEST WESTERN PLUS Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villas' use of the winners first name, first initial of surname, and state of residence, in various promotional materials without further notice.
Offer is void for previous Winners of this contest, employees and vendors of BEST WESTERN PLUS Arroyo Roble Hotel & Creekside Villa's, Best Western International, Inc. and any state where unlawful.
